Nicely positioned in the race and tried hard when running on into third 2.4L at Gundagai Bm66 over 1800m. Pushed forward to sit with the leaders and gave everything to hold fourth 3.3L at Taree Bm58 over 2000m.

Trailed the leaders midfield however never improved thereon sixth 6.5L at Queanbeyan Bm58 over 2000m Heavy 9. Dug deep under hard riding to fight on bravely for fourth after sitting midfield 2.8L at Queanbeyan Ctry Bm58 over 1600m Heavy 8.

Landed in a nice trailing position but couldn't go on to challenge when fifth 3.2L at Wagga Riverside Cl1 over 1675m. Settled a long way back in transit displaying best work very late for fifth 2.6L at Canberra Ctry Mdn-Sw over 1300m Soft 5.
