Races SR Rosehill

Never in the hunt but last half of the race was best at Rosehill Gardens over 1300m. Enjoyed a cosy run behind the leaders but only held ground for fifth at Royal Randwick over 1600m. Should find this easier and looks set to run well.

Looked in need of further ground after storming home late for third at Rosehill Gardens. Had to dig deep to get up on the line to win at Rosehill Gardens Midway. Will need to overcome a wide barrier but looks to have good ability.

Sat behind the leaders and battled the race out nicely for fourth 5.1L at Rosehill Gardens Midway Bm72 over 1300m Heavy 8. Settled with the leading bunch and gave all to finish just outside the placings 2.1L at Royal Randwick Midway Bm72 over 1600m Soft 7.

Caught eye making good late ground when the race was over 1.5L at Canterbury Park 4Y+ Bm72 over 1250m Soft 7. Let down impressively to overhaul rivals to win 2.3L at Newcastle Cond Bm68 over 1400m Soft 6.

Got back worse than midfield and was pushed along to make ground 7.4L at Royal Randwick Cg&E Bm78 over 1100m Heavy 8. Stalked the leaders however disappointed in a one-paced effort 7.2L at Rosehill Gardens Cg&E Bm78 over 1200m Soft 5. Nicely placed by trainer here.

Led the field giving a great sight but ultimately tired badly sixth 8L at Hawkesbury Mid Bm68 over 1300m Soft 6. Sat behind the leaders and battled the race out nicely for fourth 4.2L at Kembla Grange Prov Bm68 over 1200m.

Got back worse than midfield and was pushed along to make ground 4.6L at Royal Randwick Bm78 over 1400m Heavy 8. Had to dig deep but made up ground well to win 0.5L at Wyong Mid Bm64 over 1350m Soft 5.

Had a big task ahead settling well back in the running 4L at Royal Randwick Midway Bm72 over 1200m Heavy 8. Settled on pace and proved too good winning 1.8L at Hawkesbury Mid Bm64 over 1300m.

Caught the eye storming home from back in the field for second at Dubbo. Displayed a strong finish from well back to win impressively at Hawkesbury. Bolted in for a stylish win at Hawkesbury and looks capable of stepping up.

Hardly sighted in the race until the final stages grabbing sixth 4.1L at Newcastle Bm68 over 1400m Soft 6. Sustained a long run from well back in the field for an outstanding third 3.4L at Kembla Grange Prov Bm68 over 1200m.

Led even tempo, faded in straight 3.6L at Rosehill Gardens 3Yf Bm72 over 1500m Soft 5. Ridden back, under pump long way out, plain 17L Adrianknox Group 3 over 2000m Heavy 9. Has won first-up, consider.

Too far back in the running to be a serious threat 16.2L at Newcastle Cond Bm68 over 1400m Soft 6. Under extreme pressure to keep pace with the front-runners 3.5L at Wyong Cond Bm68 over 1350m.

Nicely positioned behind the leaders but failed to finish off 13.1L at Rosehill Gardens 3&4Y Bm72 over 1400m Heavy 8. Unleashed a big finish late to gain second and will be winning soon 0.2L at Kembla Grange Cl1 over 1300m.

Came from midfield to fight the race out but was outgunned late 0.8L at Moruya Bm66 over 1435m Heavy 8. Dug deep under hard riding to fight on bravely for fourth after sitting midfield 2.1L at Wyong Mid Bm64 over 1350m Soft 5.

Settled on the speed and tried very hard but found a couple better finishing third 1.2L at Newcastle Cg&E Bm64 over 1400m Soft 5. Came from a mile back to get within a few lengths 2.2L at Muswellbrook Bengalla Bm86 over 1280m Heavy 9.

Midfield rail, held up 6-400m, ran on well for 3rd 1.3L at Eagle Farm Cl3-Sw over 1500m. Settled a long way back in transit displaying best work very late for fifth 2.1L at Doomben Cl3-Sw over 1350m Soft 6. Second-up.

Allowed to settle a long way back in the field but produced best late when runner-up 1.9L at Rosehill Gardens 3&4Y Bm72 over 1400m Heavy 8. Led, fought on strongly but was nailed on the line into second 0.2L at Rosehill Gardens Midway Bm72 over 1300m Soft 5.

Ran on well and looked a winning chance but was edged out for third 0.5L at Wyong F&M Bm72 over 1350m Soft 5. Raced behind the leaders and ran on nicely for second 3.3L at Kembla Grange Prov Bm68 over 1200m. Second-up.
