Previous preparation first-up won by 0.5 len Longchamp G2 Conseil De Pari October 20 over 2200m in the wet defeating Hamish with 60kg at $2.20. This is an ideal race to kick off. Good form prior to the Japan Cup and can run a bold race.

Second-up. Comes off a 42-day let-up. First-up after three months settled back and ran on when 6th of 10 at Chukyo in the G2 Kinko Sho on March 16 over 2000m, 6 len behind Queen's Walk with 58.0kg at $3.70. Previously second-up settled back and ran on when 11th of 15 at Nakayama in the G1 Arima Kinen on December 22 over 2500m, 5 len behind Regaleira with 58.0kg at $16.40. May not have handled the wet last start and can put his best foot forward.

Second-up ran last of 9 at Meydan in the G1 Dubai Sheema Classic on April 5 over 2410m, 11 len behind Danon Decile carrying 57.5kg at $26. Would have to improve.
