Positioned ready to pounce and took over late for an easy win 1L at Ballarat Mdn-Sw over 1000m Synthetic. Held position strongly to the line but was never a serious threat 2.8L at Sportsbet Sandown Lakeside 2Y Hcp over 1200m Heavy 9.

Applied pressure to the leader but was under the pump to hold position G'cmichael Listed. Never headed once found the lead and shot clear for a dominant win at Seymour. Facing a rise in class but capable of making it back to back wins.

Wide midfield, covered too much ground 6.3L Vrc Sires' Group 2. Settled just off the pace and hit the line nicely for second 1.3L at Ballarat Synthetic. He should appreciate the rise in distance here.

Seventh 4.4L at Cranbourne-Trn 2Y-Trl 5thFeb2024 over 800m Soft 5. Held ground to the line and was no serious threat 2.7L at Sportsbet Sandown Lakeside 2Y Hcp over 1200m Heavy 9.

Failed to improve on the front runners after settling midfield 8.8L Oaklands Listed. Made no impression after getting back worse than midfield 9.4L Sires Prod Group 3. He should find this race easier than his past couple of starts.

Rearward, one paced when asked to sprint 5.8L Bd/Prel Cg Group 3 over 1100m. Weakened out of the race after doing a lot of chasing 6.9L at Flemington 2Y Hcp over 1000m Soft 6. Second-up.

Nice effort for fourth when running on late 5.5L at Sale 2Y Mdn-Sw over 1106m Soft 6. Traveled forward in the running and laboured when it mattered fourth 7.5L Sires Prod Group 3 over 1400m Heavy 9. Nicely placed by trainer here.
