Steward's Comments: Rider reported the mare failed to quicken when ridden along in the straight. Following the disappointing performance, a post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer attributed the disappointing performance to the moderate speed and settling on speed and is better suited with a more genuine tempo and positioned further back in the field.
